Research- Bill Sosin

Bill Sosin's series 'City Rain' is exquisite. The idea behind the series is very simple. He lives in the city and made sure he always had his camera so that when it rained, he could go out in his car and shoot what he saw.





It's something I've experimented with to a point and reminds me of other work I've looked at, but it's something I'd like to further explore. The anonynomity it gives the people due to the focus and the rain is interesting and it changes a lot about plain streets.



It's reminded me to look through my own previous work and see what I can find, to help inspire me.
